ONWARD AND UPWARD.
As a movement practitioner, I am trained in many modalities including Laban, Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais, Viewpoints and Suzuki method, Skinner Releasing Technique, and in process of Yoga Alliance certification. I approach voice and movement work from the breath and am in development of my own methodology for actors from yogic principles. I trained in conservatoire in the British tradition, Stanislovski and Psychological Realism, Linklater, Lessac, Grotowski, Meisner, and the Estil Model for voice. I strive to deepen my relationship between the self and audience by bearing witness to all that is awesome.
Superpowers include championing creatives and building teams. Ever curious, I am always adventuring, collaborating, gathering. After losing my father in 2011, I began my journey as a Death Doula. Current pursuits include finally improving my Spanish (my hispanic heritage qualifies me for the diversity in casting initiative) competing in a Hyrox, and getting my private Pilot’s License.
